Description
NETSTAR switch has intelligent Power management feature solving a major problem of powering the device for WISPs. WISPs need not worry about arranging power for RPoE Switch and other Wireless CPE / PoE enabled devices. This switch can be powered using any standard PoE Injector (24VDC, 0.5~1Amp). RPoE Switch can draw the necessary power even from a single client. Ethernet Port 8 can power other Wireless CPE / PoE enabled devices. This eliminates the need of UPS / Power Backup at building top. No need to pay to the Building Owner / Any Client for 24 power backup. Overall the RPoE switch saves a lot of money and time for WISPs.

Intelligent Power Management Feature:
Switch can be powered using reverse power from customer using any standard PoE Injector(24VDC, 0.5~1Amp).Supports Auto-Negotiation:
Each of the switch ports automatically detect whether connected network devices are running at 10Mbps / 100Mbps and adjusts the speed and mode accordingly ensuring easy and hassle-free operation.Supports Non-Blocking Wire Speed:
The switch forwards and receives traffic seamlessly with its non-blocking wire-speed.Port Based Isolation:
Data of the uplink port can be transfer to any of the downlink ports but the individual downlink ports can't communicate with each other. Port isolation can be enabled/disabled using DIP button.Surge Protection:
Surge protection provided on each port to protect against high voltage surge on data ports or uplink port.Over Voltage Protection:
Over voltage protection is provided on each data port to eliminate damage caused by high voltage PoE injectors. The switch will stop working if the client connects more than 24VDC PoE injector, the switch will start working again once this high voltage source is removed.Over Current Protection:
Over current protection is provided to eliminate damage caused due to high current flow.Cascading:
Switches can be cascaded for more user. With Cascading, even if one customer switches on power then power will be on all upstream switches.
